Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps our shared servers fast and safe for everyone. It applies to every hosting account.

You may not host illegal material, phishing pages, malware, fraudulent content, copyright-infringing content, or content that is unlawful in Nepal. You also may not use your account for network attacks, port scanning, cryptocurrency mining, or attempts to access other accounts on our servers.

Sending unsolicited bulk email is not allowed. Mailing lists must be opt-in, and sending limits may apply to protect server reputation.

Shared hosting accounts are intended for standard websites. Features listed as unlimited are subject to fair use and available server resources. Accounts may not be used primarily for data storage, backups, streaming, or intensive computational tasks.

Keep your applications, themes and plugins up to date. A compromised website may be temporarily suspended to protect other customers, and we'll help you fix it.

Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or termination. We try to contact you first whenever it is safe to do so.
