How do I pay for my order?+
After you place an order, the artisan will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange payment. Options include bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, or cash on delivery for local orders.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes! Each artisan handles their own shipping. International shipping typically takes 7–21 days depending on destination. Discuss shipping costs directly with the artisan.
What if I receive a damaged item?+
Take photos immediately and contact the artisan via WhatsApp. Most artisans will arrange a replacement or refund. You can also reach us at info@nepalsfinest.com if the artisan is unresponsive.
Can I sell on Nepal's Finest?+
Yes! Registration is free. Go to our Join page, select Vendor, fill in your store details, and start listing products. We review each application within 48 hours.
Are all products genuine handmade items?+
We manually review all vendor applications and may request workshop photos. We have a zero-tolerance policy for mass-produced goods sold as handmade.
