Terms of Service

We provide shared server hosting with the storage, website, subdomain, database and email limits listed on your plan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the applications, themes and plugins you install.

Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (6 months or 12 months). Pricing is shown in Nepalese Rupees as a monthly equivalent. Your account stays active for the period you've paid for, and we send a reminder before it's due for renewal.

Shared hosting runs on shared server infrastructure, so CPU, memory and process usage is limited. Features listed as unlimited are subject to fair use and available server resources. If your website is using resources in a way that affects other customers, we'll contact you before taking action.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, or non-renewal. Where it's feasible, we'll notify you before taking action.

No hosting service can promise uninterrupted availability. We maintain our servers regularly, and planned maintenance is scheduled during low-impact windows where possible.

We may update these terms as our service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
